Juan is a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where he honed his culinary skills and developed a love for blending global cuisines in fresh, unexpected ways. Whether it's a traditional Latin dish with a Southern twist or a bold fusion of flavors from around the world, Chef Juan’s cooking tells a story—his story.
Before fully stepping into the culinary world, Juan served 10 years in the U.S. military, bringing the same discipline, dedication, and heart to the kitchen that he did in uniform. Today, he continues to pursue excellence as a student at Georgia Southern University, expanding his knowledge and refining his craft.
